We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the room that was assigned to you, because at the reception following your request, you were changed place because you asked for a double room but with a shower. It was well explained to you that all our double rooms were with bathtub and that the only room she could give you for your night was a room for disabled with wheelchair that you wanted to see and you accepted once you had indeed seen it. When at breakfast I put you under the definition of continental breakfast: A "continental breakfast" is a breakfast consisting of a drink, cereals, toast or pastries. It differs from the English breakfast mainly made up of savory dishes. That said, I inform you that we have a breakfast that reconciles the two; continental and English since there are 3 different charcuteries, 3 different cheeses, smoked salmon and tartar cheese, boiled eggs, fruit salad, plain yoghurt, farm cottage cheese, fruit compotes, muesli cereals, mini pastries, 5 different jams, honey, maple syrup, spread, baguette, wholegrain bread, 3 varieties of breads. We would like to know what you would have liked to find on the buffets so that it suits you. We wish you a good continuation. Sincerely.
