For us this is a rest stop along the way. We only really require conditions which allow a good night’s rest. Had we been able to sleep and rest we would have planned to return, but as that’s impossible due to the above mentioned, we shall not return.

We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the quality of our welcome, as well as the breakfast and Wi-Fi connection. However, we sincerely regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding the comfort of the bedding, the room ventilation/air conditioning, and the presence of mosquitoes. Your comments are very important to us and have been shared with the relevant departments.
We would also like to emphasize that all our rooms are equipped with air conditioning to ensure our guests’ comfort.
Furthermore, if you oppened your windows at night with the exceptional weather conditions that weekend especially the unusually warm temperatures for the first weekend of April likely contributed to the presence of mosquitoes in your room.
In addition, we offered you, whenever possible, the option to choose your room according to your preferences: ground floor or upper floor, garden side or parking side. You chose an upper-floor room on the garden side. We also informed you that there was no risk in opening the patio door on the ground floor, as our hotel is fully secured, enclosed, and monitored by video surveillance. Our receptionist also made you aware of the presence of a night attendant. We therefore did our utmost to meet your expectations and ensure your comfort during your stay.
We understand your disappointment regarding the quality of your rest an essential aspect of any stay and we apologize.

It was a beautiful hotel and a clean one. The people that werk there was very kind with us.
I recomend with all my heart this hotel 10 stars!!!!
