Thank you for your comments and your review of our establishment.
We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the room that was assigned to you, because at the reception following your request, you were changed place because you asked for a double room but with a shower. It was well explained to you that all our double rooms were with bathtub and that the only room she could give you for your night was a room for disabled with wheelchair that you wanted to see and you accepted once you had indeed seen it.
When at breakfast I put you under the definition of continental breakfast:
A "continental breakfast" is a breakfast consisting of a drink, cereals, toast or pastries. It differs from the English breakfast mainly made up of savory dishes.
That said, I inform you that we have a breakfast that reconciles the two; continental and English since there are 3 different charcuteries, 3 different cheeses, smoked salmon and tartar cheese, boiled eggs, fruit salad, plain yoghurt, farm cottage cheese, fruit compotes, muesli cereals, mini pastries, 5 different jams, honey, maple syrup, spread, baguette, wholegrain bread, 3 varieties of breads. We would like to know what you would have liked to find on the buffets so that it suits you.

Hello,
We're almost surprised to see such a comment from you, with so much bad faith.
You decided to lie not only about the number of occupants (4 for a room with a maximum occupancy of 3) but also about the presence of pets when you made your booking.
Obviously, in order to avoid overbooking in compliance with the law, internal policy and moral standards, our night watchman had no choice but to offer you rooms that were obviously more expensive because they were larger.
The fact that your wife and daughter slept badly in a bed clearly marked for a single child is further proof of your bad faith or your unwillingness to take responsibility for your bad decisions.
